Booking: Bookings can be made through our website, via email (info@proshinedetail.co.uk), or over the phone (07465 950450).

Payment: Payment for services is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation fee may apply for short-notice cancellations.

Prices for services are provided upon request and may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, size, and the specific services required. All prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to adjust pricing based on vehicle condition or any additional work required.

4. Service Guarantee
We take great care in providing high-quality services, but due to the nature of vehicle detailing, we cannot guarantee absolute perfection in every case. We offer a satisfaction guarantee, and if you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss any concerns.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in a reasonable condition for the services requested. If additional work is required, we will inform you of any extra charges before proceeding.

Access: You are responsible for providing us with adequate access to your vehicle for the agreed service.

6. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during our services, ProShine Vehicle Valeting & Detailing is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of items left in the vehicle or during the service, unless due to our negligence. We also do not take responsibility for pre-existing damage that may be uncovered during detailing services.
